Zoology

Our research covers the broad goal of understanding the diversity of animal life with the approaches ranging from cellular processes through to behavioral studies of wild population. We provide outstanding opportunities and facilities for the training in research; give research grant, volunteering and internships for national and international students. Along with that we are doing various types of scientific research with the help of national and international scholars. RECO-Nepal giving the priority to the conservation of wild animals creates awareness programs to conserve forest and to promote wildlife. Wildlife conservation has become an increasingly important practice due to the negative effects of human activity on wildlife. The conservation of wildlife is important to ensure that nature will be around for future generations to enjoy and to recognize the importance of wildlife and wilderness lands to humans and other species. We are building the solid foundations and proud traditions in zoology and want to continue to honors our alumni and our history.
